M-pyre™

Matthews proudly features the M-pyre™ control panel with intuitive touch screen control. This M-pyre technology monitors inputs and makes production decisions based on automatic or manual programming. This system controls outputs to automate the cremation process. The M-pyre touch screen comes in a standard 6" black/white or 10” high definition color touch display with a simple “self-guiding” order entry menu. Other features include a timing setting for hours and minutes, streamlined facing for cleaner operation, one button operation for standard cases and automated settings allow one button process with standard case loads. M-pyre™ (PLC) Basic:

A black/white 6” touch screen control panel with simple “self guiding” order entry menu.  This replaces customary timers/switches with a cleaner, quick and easy streamline setting. Automated settings allow one button process with standard case loads. It features a continuous self-diagnostic system which alerts the operator of any required corrective action. It also provides an Operator Override to allow the operator control of the settings at any time during the cremation cycle.

M-pyre™ (PLC) Advanced:

High-Definition color 10” touch screen with simple graphic that illustrates operating status during the cremation cycle. With the Advanced System, you input answers to four questions: Case Weight, Container Type, Gender and Case Number of the Day and this automatically establishes the settings for the most efficient production cycle.  It features the same continuous self-diagnostic system and operator override that is noted in the Basic system.  

Optional Features:

• Network Packaging (w/Advanced PLC Only):  This allows you to view your cremator in real-time from any computer in your building or anywhere in the world through internet access to monitor. This also allows Matthew’s access from our factory for troubleshooting. Included is data logging software that captures vital case information for each case.  This information is very useful for evaluating employee and facility productivity.                                         
• Oxygen Sensor System (w/Advanced Only):  This gives you the fastest, most efficient cremation cycle possible where the fuel energy from the body/container are maximized, which in turn reduces the cycle time and fuel consumption. The Oxygen system will also notify you when to reposition and automatically end the cycle when the case is complete.  With this system, the most novice operator can effortlessly produce the fastest, most fuel efficient cremation cycle possible without constantly checking and overriding the system.
